The Houston Horned Frogs
The Houston Horned Frogs aren't just another semi-pro basketball team. We're an organization. Besides playing basketball full time, we also have other obligations as people. We strive to be the best in everything we do whether it's becoming better ball players, building our character, or learning different life values from different experiences.
Some of the ideas and goals we have planned for are remarkable things that most other teams neglect.
Our number one things as an organization is the be leaders in the community. Every week, we will be doing some kind of event involving the community. The list is endless, but our most common events will include: charity events, fundraisers, family fun days, meeting the players, basketball/life camps and more! Being and integral art of the community is most important to us because without the community, there is no support or purpose.
We have put together the best combination of Horned Frog staff and players to ensure that this organiztion is running at it's best. With continuous growth and support from our fans and community, the sky is the limit. We want none other than to be role models not only in the city but in the city, region, state, nation and then the world.
Our slogan is "Win the Day". Basically, that means that no matter how good or bad your day is going, you should take the positive out of every situation and use each scenario and experience as a learning tool for improving your morale and self-esteem.
